And lastly, there is many ways to skin a cat gents. If you struggle to change what goes into your mouth maybe change the portion size. If you struggle to get out and exercise, focus on the nutritional side of things! Ofcourse combining every weightloss trick in the book is the best way to go but always remember to keep happy and content no matter what. Its about consistency and longetivity more than anything!
