After a week off i’v seen a few gains this week, lets get back on track, we are over half way now so need to see all your hard efforts really starting to pay off.
The weather is changing!! lighter mornings and slowly staying lighter longer in the evenings, why not try and get yourself up and moving ready for the day by doing a little more exercise including…
Going to the gym (go for a swim, cardio on the machines)
Go for a brisk walk
Go for a jog/run
If you have cardio equipment at home make use of that and start getting into a routine
You may start to find a little more exercise will change your bad eating habits
