Weightlifting routine

Does anyone know of a weightlifting routine for beginners. I have been doing mainly cardio in the gym but want to start adding weights in as well. I’ve had a look online and not really come accross anything


Hi mate, there should be something there to help you out.
I don’t know much myself but I try and do stuff that has more/whole body movements. So…I do a squat into a shoulder press or a bicep curl into a shoulder press, then bend it back for a tricep curl if that makes sense. I’m not very good good a describing this stuff.
I am using 15kg dumbbells at the moment but start where you feel comfy, do not start too heavy and hurt yourself. I think I started on 5kg or something.
