It’s the 1st October! New month, new opportunities. What are your goals for this month?
keep going with my couch to 5k
track my food as much as I can
lose 3lbs - which is a pretty measly amount for one whole month, but it gives me a teeny goal to work towards that is totally doable. And then I’ll be in the next stone bracket, which will be nice.
Actually physically did the pinch punch first of the month action earlier!
Mine, as mentioned elsewhere, are to see through Stoptober without any alcohol or sugar… and to get a job!
I’m gonna break 290 for the first time in years.
Track food everyday
Try hit the steps goal. 18days in a row and today looks like the only day I might not make it. Or does it?
I think I’ll just take myself out for half hr:)
for me it is:
keep the couch to 5k going - would like to be able to tackle a park run before end of November.
get below 18 stone which would mean losing around 6lbs which should be achievable
Reduce my alcohol in take -drinking too much at home on my own.
Weight goal: continue at 4lbs a week, Weigh in weekly either at MvFF or WW
Exercise goal: 3/4 mile daily increasing to 1 mile by end of month
Tracking goal: Keep track of food
Walk at least 5km a day and aim for at least 10,000 steps in total each day
I’d like to start the C25K again by the end of October so that is a target.
Track food as best as I can each day
Lose 10lbs by the end of the month.
