What do you think of this meal?

So lately i have been trying trying to find an easy breakfast but i tried few different things and either ended up hungry or just crap, so after researching myself and my own personality i came up with this,

1, cheap
2, easy to make or stored
3, filling thus i don’t have any hunger through out my morning
4, last but least healthy.

The meal consist of,
one mid sized potato boiled
one egg poached
half zucchini baked
2 spoons of beans
and mix of vegs baked.

what do you think as far as healthiness? As well as long term? Calling it the HT :stuck_out_tongue:
