Working hard to lose it


hi im chris ive lost 8 app on phone called lose scales!!just keep a log of everything.cut out sugar,fat,bread,pasta,rice,cheese,and rubbish food.dont do the slimmer meals they are junk.get a wok 1 cal spray and lots of turkey mince,fish,peppers,mushrooms,onions etc.ALL FRESH no JuNK.keep going but keep app in the green jars of sauce its a big NO.tinned tomatoes are better to make sauce with.swimming for exercise.
